Tracking Platform Update

This is the first of many updates to our tracking platform over the coming months. Key new features include:

• Battery Level monitoring and low battery alert for Digital Matter products
• Daily summary report added
• Device inactive notification – it is now possible to have an alert if your device is offline for a more than a set time

This new release also introduces the ability for users to access a preview of our brand new tracking web interface, which is due to launch later this year. Please contact support if you would like access to the new interface.
